Directions to the camp
The Salvation Army High Peak Camp is approximately 90 minutes from the Denver area. Please note this doesn’t allow for inclement weather or traffic delays, so please allow yourself plenty of time to get there.
Follow the Koinonia signs posted by the side of the road near the camp.
The address is: 111 Salvation Ln. Estes Park, CO. 80517.
From I-25, merge onto US 36 West toward Boulder for 18 miles.
Keep left on US 36 W and continue on 28th St for 2.6 miles.
Continue 28th St towards Lyons/Nederland 0.5 miles.
Turn left onto Ute Hwy to Lyons for 15 miles.
Turn left onto Main St for 1.3 miles and stay left towards Allenspark. (You will go past Allenspark)
Stay on CO 7 for 25 miles and turn left (between mile markers 8 & 9) onto Preservation Drive for 0.2 miles. Preservation turns into Salvation Ln.
To avoid downtown Denver traffic or for traveling from south of Denver an alternate route to Boulder is to take CO-470 W to CO-93 N in Golden. From Golden, it is 18 miles to US-36 in Boulder.
